You are instrumental in building and nurturing the 'Company Culture' of an international team. You define, create and promote an authentic and differentiated employee brand. The work will help enmacc attract, develop and retain top talent, and will further cement enmacc’s reputation as a great place to work. You will be a central role for the development of the company, as you define how we work together and improve our team performance.

You continuously develop and implement processes and structures in HR
With the support of the enmacc recruiter, you will lead the entire application process from requirements planning and hiring to successful onboarding
University degree or equivalent
Professional experience of at least 4 years in HR management and recruiting
Experienced team player with the talent to build something new
Sympathetic, convincing appearance and winning character
Organised and goal-oriented approach with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Very good English knowledge in spoken and written, German is a plus
