Your Mission
Join us as the first Reliability Engineer in the development team and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work! Your mission is to make enmacc’s platform even more reliable, efficient, secure and performant by using the full power of DevOps. You create a bridge between development and operations by applying a software engineering mindset to platform administration topics. You will have a real impact in shaping our engineering culture and - of course - our platform, assuming responsibility and growing within our quickly developing organization.
Your tasks:
  • Fully manage the overall cloud architecture & infrastructure
  • Developing automated solutions for operational aspects such as monitoring, performance, capacity planning, and disaster response
  • Responsibility for the efficient software delivery pipeline and infrastructure automation
  • Ensuring that build and deployment requirements are met in a fast-paced CI/CD environment (Gitlab, Kubernetes) to build an efficient software delivery pipeline
  • Conducting the operational release management
  • Maximize product reliability by developing monitoring and reports
  • Optimizing the platform by reviewing system & database performance
  • Liaise and partner with the development & product teams to identify system requirements
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and DevOps strategies
You have:
  • Degree in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist or comparable knowledge from practical experience
  • 4+ years systems administration experience in a production SaaS or Cloud environment
  • Knowledge and proficiency with a variety of Ops and Automation tools
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
  • Strong grasp of automation tools
  • Very good knowledge in data management skills and SQL
  • A strong focus on business outcomes
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience deploying to and troubleshooting Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters (preferably AKS, GKE)
  • Experience working with container-based CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience deploying, instrumenting and administrating web applications
  • Interest and passion to learn and experiment with new technologies
  • Proactive, self-starter spirit and ability to work both independently and on a team without micromanagement
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
